Arterial/Collector Street Pothole Repair Program
Crews from the City of Tucson Department of Transportation (TDOT) Streets and Traffic Maintenance Division have started a 30-day pothole repair program aimed at repairing the rash of potholes created by the above-normal rainfall Tucson has received this winter. (more...)

Transit Services Furlough Days
Mayor and Council recently approved four additional furlough days for all City employees. The Transit Services Office, 35 W. Alameda, will be closed on the following dates to comply with unpaid furlough days needing to be scheduled prior to the end of fiscal year 2009-10. (more...)
Downtown Street Closures For TIGER Grant Award Ceremony For The Tucson Modern Street Car Project
The City of Tucson Department of Transportation will celebrate the announcement of being a recipient of $63 million in TIGER Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation for its Tucson Modern Streetcar Project with an official announcement ceremony in Pastor Plaza at the Historic Depot downtown.
