Grant/Dodge Signal Assessment - Conclusions
- Grant/Dodge traffic signal should not be removed at this time. The issue should be revisited after:
- Extension of Alvernon Way over the Rillito River is constructed.
- Grant/Alvernon receives capacity improvements to better handle north/south traffic.
- A traffic signal warrant analysis is conducted after the above improvements are complete.
- A HAWK flasher at Dodge could be considered in the future for pedestrians in lieu of the traffic signal.
